Hi Reader, This week was an emotional roller coaster. We just got back from almost a month in Asia (videos coming soon btw!). And the combo of jetlag, overwhelm at catching up on everything, plus being the week before my period - It all left me feeling fatigued, emotionally raw, and just…off. Luckily, I've learned how to pick myself up from these yucky moments. Fatigue first. With my autoimmune condition, exhaustion can get downright debilitating. But one infrared sauna session turned it around, and by that evening I felt like myself again! Then the emotions. I was completely overloaded, so I turned to my go-to: dance. One class later, I felt happy and centered. As Gabrielle Roth, creator of the 5Rhythms method, said: "The fastest way to still the mind is to move the body." I'm not always thrilled about getting older, but I love that I understand so much better now how to take care of myself. After years of struggle, that feels revolutionary. So if you're going through it this week, bring out your favorite tools, or just borrow mine 😊 And speaking of tools that actually work... If you've been around a while, you know I love my red light panel. It's done incredible things for my skin, and it's helped countless times with my energy, sinus issues, and mood. I use Mito, a premium brand that rarely goes on sale. This year, their Black Friday sale starts early - starting today!! Use my link here and enter code EARLYBLACK at checkout for $100–$900 off, depending on size. If a red light device has been on your wish list, this is an amazing time to grab one ❤️ Want to learn more about how I use red light therapy? Watch this quick video here. Wishing you a beautiful week ahead 🌸 Amalia

Hi Reader, I just got back from a family trip to Asia, and I want to share a strange and beautiful moment from Chiang Mai, Thailand. I had been in a total pity party. I had caught a bad stomach bug on our last day in Hong Kong, which also happened to be my birthday. I was slowly recovering, but plain rice and bananas felt like a crime in a country with such amazing food. On our last day, we decided to visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a famous temple about 30 minutes outside the city. I'm...
Hi Reader, If you’ve ever landed after a long flight and caught your reflection looking… dull, puffy, dehydrated — You’re not imagining it. Cabin air has a fraction of the humidity your skin is used to on the ground, and it pulls moisture straight out of it the entire time you’re in the air. After years of flying for a living, I’ve built a skincare/wellness routine around two windows: Right before I fly, and right after I land. Here’s what that actually looks like. Before & during the flight:...
Hi Reader, It’s August and there is so much stuff I feel like I should have done by now this year. So of course, I’ve been dwelling on that. Until I got on the phone with a friend who helped remind me of all the stuff I have done. This year and in the past. In case you don’t have that friend, or simply don’t have the time to call - (‘cause that’s real, especially when you’re juggling trips, work, life stuff, and everything in between!), Allow me to be her for you - Reader! You have come so...
