The Best Kale Ever


Hi Reader,

I’m sure you’ve heard that kale is a superfood - but did you know that it can also be absolutely delicious?

It’s all in how you prepare it!

In today’s video, I take you step by step through my super easy recipe for what we call “Crispy Kale” at home.

My 6 year old daughter LOVES this recipe and requests it all the time.

It’s honestly quite simple and only requires 3 ingredients (including cooking oil).

Serve this kale with just about any dish and you’ll elevate your meal into a nutritional powerhouse.

Oh and did I mention?

Kale is abundant in vitamins A, B, C & K and rich in folate and calcium.

Honestly, most of us don’t get nearly enough leafy greens in our diet and this recipe is a great way to add them in effortlessly.
